at5:07P on 5/2/2024 we received a call from 804-439-9238. The caller ID was "NENTLOS PCS". Since we do not answer phone numbers phone numbers we do not recognize, nor do we answer calls from Caller IDs that we either do not recognize, or calls that we have in no was solicited, we must report this as a ROBO call. Though I do not know for sure, I do recognize the term "NTELOS" as a cell phone company that exists. If this was an actual call from this company, it would have to been a telemarketer; but I do not know this as a fact so I can not in integrity report it as such. This was not a text.

This number texted me saying I owe money from being on a website connected to my phone number. They threatened me if I don’t pay up. Won’t tell me their name or the name of the site I was on. Asked me not to tell anyone and asked for a bunch of money to remove my name and phone number from the software. They want to help me to not have problems with this in the future.
